Honest portraits and real memories. These are the two most important things to me when capturing the essence of your family. Family sessions take place in a location of your own choice but I will you in on a little secret … I generally encourage you to choose your own home for part, if not all of your family photography session. And this is for one simple reason. Home is where families begin. Where you are understood and memories are created. It’s a feeling, not a place.
As a Mum with a family of my own, I cannot think of a better place to begin our journey.

It’s nerve-racking … I get it. You don’t know me, and I don’t know you (yet!). You may know what you are looking for, or you might feel unsure. You might be concerned about feeling comfortable and at ease during your session, and your investment, in both time and emotion, is an important consideration.
With so many talented photographers out there, selecting the right photographer can be overwhelming.
When you engage me as your photographer, it is incredibly important that we connect! But not only that … I want you to feel an EMOTIONAL connection with the style and aesthetic of the pictures I love to make.

Before we even meet in person, I am going to want to have a good old yarn with you so I can really understand what YOU WANT to get out of our session.
I want to know what makes you tick… do you have a family? What are the kids into? What do you love to do all together? Do you have any pets? What does an ideal Sunday look like to you?
Maybe you have a business. Perhaps you need creative portraits for a project you want to share with the world. How do you want to tell your story?
