Natalie Finney is a photographic artist based in Melbourne.
Natalie has achieved recognition for her work through various awards and accolades including winning the Bluethumb Art Prize 2023 in the Photography division, as well as being nominated as a finalist in the prestigious Olive Cotton Award 2021, National Photographic Portrait Prize 2020, named #3 in Capture Magazines’ Emerging Portrait Photographers of 2020 and published in a number of magazines.
Through her body of work, Natalie seeks to examine themes of the natural world, youth, and a connection to the outdoors and the Australian bush, which she lovingly recalls exploring during her own childhood
